What do you do when it’s too hot for pants, but too hot to keep baby’s legs and arms exposed? We faced this conundrum last weekend at the zoo in Des Moines. Sebastian was ready for the zoo in a onesie, and hat, with the stroller shading his head and arms. Unfortunately, that left his sensitive little legs exposed to the sun. Baby Comfy Sun Sleeves offered an easy and comfortable solution. We simply slipped them over baby’s legs and feet for all day, chemical-free protection from the sun.
Baby Comfy Sleeves eliminate the need for sun screen battles with your baby or toddler. You don’t need to stress about chemicals or high priced natural sun screens. The sleeves also make your day much more hassle-free because you don’t have to sweat about reapplying sun screen or having it wash off in the water.
Made of Hi-tech, UPF 50+ fabric, Baby Comfy Sleeves come in two sizes to accommodate children ages 1 to 4. I tried them on my 11 month old and they were easy to slip on. I half expected him to tug or pull on them, but he didn’t even seem to notice them throughout the day. I only wished I’d had 2 pairs – one for his legs and one for his arms!
You could definitely dress your baby in sunwear everyday to get UV protection, but purchasing a swim suit for every day or switching out wet suits is inconvenient. Baby Comfy Sleeves are a practical solution to the dilemma of protecting baby at the park, on walks, or any time spent in the sun. They fold up nicely and are reusable. I’d love to have a pair in my car, diaper bag, and stroller or carrier pocket.
If you like to show off cloth diapers in the warm weather, Baby Comfy Sleeves make nice baby legs with UV protection. They currently come in three colors – green, orange, and pink polka dot – but I would love to see more fun colors and patterns, especially for the $19.99 investment. Mixing and matching colors and patterns would definitely be fun!

These sound great! I would much rather have a thin sun blocking sleeve than have to reapply sunscreen to a squirmy baby! 🙂
