Giveaway and Contest Policy:
This statement sets forth the terms and conditions under which a giveaway or contest where a winner is chosen at random are managed by The Inquisitive Mom.
No purchase is necessary to enter any contest or giveaway on www.theinquisitivemom.com. All entrants must be U.S. residents (or country eligibility as listed on giveaway), ages 18 years or older, and must provide a valid email address. All contest or giveaway winners must provide a valid shipping address to The Inquisitive Mom in order to receive a prize.
The odds of winning a contest or giveaway is dependent on the number of entries.
Winners will be selected randomly by The Inquisitive Mom using Giveaway Tools or Rafflecopter. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form and have 48 hours to claim their prize. If a potential Prize winner forfeits or does not claim a prize, the prize will be re-awarded, at The Inquisitive Mom’s sole discretion.
All entries received after the contest or giveaway closing date and time will not be considered. Entries will be verified and entries that do not follow all of the entry requirements will not be considered. The Inquisitive Mom and contest or giveaway Sponsor(s) are not liable for late or misdirected entries, entry errors, or transmission problems.
All decisions of The Inquisitive Mom are final.
The Inquisitive Mom reserves the right to terminate the contest or giveaway in the event of technical problems, or to correct typographical or technical errors, or to amend these rules.
Employees of the contest or giveaway Sponsor(s) are not eligible to participate.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Inquisitive Mom, contest or giveaway Sponsor(s), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with a contest or giveaway.
Winners additionally agree to release and not to sue The Inquisitive Mom for use of their name, logo, domain, and/or likeness including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of the right of publicity, liable, unfair competition, false advertising, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, and/or copyright or trademark infringement.
The sponsor is solely responsible for prize fulfillment. The Inquisitive Mom is not responsible for fulfilling prizes when a sponsor forfeits or does not follow through on their obligation. Sponsors are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Taxes on contest or giveaways are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
Non-winning entries from one contest or giveaway may not be carried forward to future contests or giveaways.
All contests or giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
Privacy Policy:
The Inquisitive Mom respects your privacy.
Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of The Inquisitive Mom. Winner’s address information will be shared with retailers so they may ship a prize to a winner of a giveaway.
Credit card details
The Inquisitive Mom will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on The Inquisitive Mom.
External Sites.
The Inquisitive Mom is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows The Inquisitive Mom to recognize you each time you visit this site(customisation etc). Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and The Inquisitive Mom does not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by 3rd party content providers such as newsfeeds.
