Escaping Butterflies Wall Art. Easy. Affordable. Fun.
I discovered this simple, enchanting idea in our rental in San Sebastian, Spain. The “Naranja Room” delighted with whimsical decor in every shade of orange and bold wall art. Our bedroom hosted this lovely Escaping Butterflies Wall art and I plan to duplicate it in my daughter’s room when we return home in August.
The supplies needed for this project are few and affordable, making it an easy, accessible project. Depending on the style of frame you select, your wall paint color, and the butterflies you choose, this decoration could go from fanciful to elegant, all for under $25. Use a frame from storage or a garage sale and it could be $7 to $15! I discovered these different options on Amazon (affiliate links included) and began imagining different scenarios.
The 3D White Escaping Butterflies with an elegant silver frame.
Alternatively, The 3D Pink or Blue Escaping Butterflies with a 10 x 13 white driftwood frame.
The Vivid Escaping Butterflies paired with a pretty pink frame.
You could also add another dimension with these Craft Escaping Butterflies and this bold red poster frame.
Have you created a project like this one before? What combination would you choose or create?
very cool. it makes me wonder what else people are doing to freshen up walls that I’m missing out on!
What a cute idea. Lulu would love this in her room. She has tons of butterflies.
I like easy, affordable and fun, and this would be less messy than paint for sure!
Love it!! I’ll be pinning for a future idea.
My daughter loves butterflies, so an escaping butterfly wall is a decoration she would love. Very pretty!
This is so pretty! I might have to try it in our girls’ room after we move!
