What kind of animal is that?
Why is that girl eating?
Why does that man have a rope on the horse?
Why isn’t that horse following him?
What’s that horses name?
Mom, how can you run away?
Why is the kangaroo near their house?
What’s that? (referring to lightening)
Where did the lightening go?
Why is the horse growing? (repeated several times over the course of horse growing up)
What’s he doing?
Why is that happening?
Who is that?
What are they doing?
Why those horses are running away?
Why they don’t want to be caught?
And so on…
And just in case you’re wondering why I don’t watch a movie she can understand – this is a nice G rated film with horses, her favorite subject, based on a children’s book. She is just at that question stage.

Ahhhhh. Those lovely days. I hope you can take a tylenol and hang on until nap time for some peace and quiet.

Hahaha I’m pretty sure this is how my husband feels when he watches a movie with me too. ๐
She is absolutely adorable!
I can so relate to this. I have to confess that my son gets it honestly though… I tend to be pretty inquisitive myself! ๐
I go through the same thing..except it is all 3 of my older kids asking constant questions. Usually ones I can’t answer because it hasn’t come to that part of the movie!(Where are they going to go?)
Your posts make me laugh! Our little girls have such similar personalities! Those questions all sounded oh-so-familiar! ๐
Don’t hate me for saying this, Mindy–but my gals are 4 1/2 and apparently are still in that phase. When will it end? It wears on me, too.
I love the photo w/ the horse! I love all animals. Need to take my girls to the local farmstead now that weather is getting nicer!
