We were sorting toys while playing today and it worked for awhile until the kids grew tired of it. They decided to head into Ella’s room for a change of scenery and I stayed in the family room to finish picking up a bit. Things were quiet for awhile, so I decided not to mess with a good thing. Then I heard delighted giggles and guffaws emitting from the doorway and had to witness the fun for myself.
I had one of those “mommy moments” when I came in and saw them playing and laughing together. It reminded me of why I loved having sisters and how wonderful a sibling can be. Plus, I love it when my kiddos are totally in the moment enjoying themselves and not only having fun – but having fun together!
Laughter from the other Room
All Ezra ever wants is to sit on top of or next to his sister, but she usually won’t go for it.
Look at Ezra – He is in heaven!
If you ever wondered what toddler bliss looks like, this is it!
I was thrilled that this actually ended well. How fun!
