Ezra rarely ever speaks for an audience or on queue. Imagine my surprise when I started talking to him spontaneously with the camera and he responded! I was so excited to catch him talking and love his little facial expressions and even trying out a bit of sign language with more (although I think this is closer to please).
Ezra Speaks!
Ella came home from school recently earnestly singing a new song she’d learned. I don’t know where she gets her sense of rhythm and how she is able to sing on tune after having Tim and I sing to her all of her life, but this girl can carry a tune. I brought out the video camera last night, hoping she might sing it for me. And, boy did she! Repeatedly. I love her different facial expressions, the way she is a bit nervous the first time, then how her enthusiasm builds. She refused to do it more than once, then quickly got into it after she viewed her first “performance.”
Without further ado, Ella singing “I Had a Little Turtle” (warning, you will not be able to get this little ditty out of your head!)
adorable!!!
I love how she says the word “little”
Adorable!! Ezra has some spunk to him that I LOVE!!! Ella is full of personality herself — and I love the “yittle” turtle.
Beautiful kids, Mindy!!
Oh my goodness! That was so adorable! I love the “Yes…No” back and forth. So cute!
