While working on my Christmas Cards, I searched through a year’s worth of photos. I discovered a few things:
1. Ezra has a disproportionate number of photos in his diapers. But who can resist that budda belly combined with his cute fluffy butt?
2. The pure volume of photos you take with a digital camera are bound to make you look like a good photographer. You ought to catch something good with that many tries, right?
3. Some of my absolute favorite shots are of messy faces, grumpy moments, and just plain silliness.
5. I need to get online scrapbooking started soon or I’ll always be perpetually behind.
6. We’d better back-up these babies ASAP, so we don’t lose any precious favorites (like we did before).
Caramel Apple Cider Recipe
I recently craved a cup of sweet, rich caramel apple cider. With no nearby Starbucks (or $4 to blow on a drink), I decided to try my hand at a home made version. Easy-peasy. If you’re interested in a simple treat on a cold night, give this a try:
1. Heat 4 oz apple juice and 4 oz water to desired temperature.
2. Meanwhile, pour apple cider packet into cup.
3. Pour apple juice mixture into cup over apple cider mix.
4. Dip a large spoon in caramel sundae topping and scoop out a generous amount.
5. Dip spoon into cider mix and stir until combined.
6. Enjoy!
December 6th: Why I Celebrate Christmas: Because I know that He Lives! As I celebrate His miraculous birth and His incredible life, I also celebrate that He Lives today!

Love the pics! 🙂
Your apple cider sounds good!
I poured a gal of apple cider into the crockpot, added two oranges(cut in half) and 2 cinnamin sticks to hit and heated it on low for a little while this weekend. So good. It was missing some caramel, though!
Back up, back up, back up!! In two different places if you can. One of my biggest fears is losing all those irreplaceable pics. And I AM perpetually behind in scrapbooking. It’s hopeless. I figure I’ll catch up when I retire! ha!

Carmel apple cider is my Mormon girl go-to drink at Starbucks too! I’ll have to try your recipe.
Look at those cute cuddly faces!
You had me at caramel…
I sooooooo agree with # 4!
That one of Ella? Her pouty face—OMG! I’m in love.
Thanks for sharing all of these. Also love her Dora umbrella. My girls have been asking for umbrellas…..must get on that!
My little one is only 4 months old and there’s so many pictures on my phone. It will be hard to pick for Christmas cards too.
