We’re nearing the end of our celebration, with 3 more awesome giveaways into the weekend (including cloth diapers!). Today, I decided to try something new and do a video review of my experience with Petits Fours Pretties. Please forgive me in advance if my Seattle accent doesn’t give the name the elegance it deserves. 🙂
As I mentioned in the video, Petits Fours Pretties offers a wide selection of fabrics on Facebook and the options for bows, flowers, headbands, ties, embellished hats, and clips are only really limited your imagination. Here’s a sample of the photographs Chrystie sent me once she finished creating my flower.
As you can see, this flower could be combined with a variety of colors, styles, and widths of elastic. If I’d wanted, I could have chosen this lovely pink flower for the center, but I adored the idea of using a button from her collection. While I ultimately went with the yellow to create a pop of color, I could see so many of these buttons offering a different look.

I mentioned wanting a few feathers and some netting, as a nod to vintage hats I love. Chrystie created a flower that really captured my vision and I would love to order more to wear as clips. In the future, I would also like to try a fabric headband, because sometimes I find these sit better without slipping.
