Spotting this little guy at play is always an adventure. With an older sister and an older brother, he has two role models to look up to. I sorted through our digital library recently and found these fun photos. I think it’s awesome how he has no concept or concern about “boy” or “girl” things at this point and simply selects things he appreciates, emulating the kids he loves.
We attended an outdoor birthday party early last month and big sis decided to take off her headband and flower whiles he ran around in the dirt. Kai spotted these treasures and put them on. I think they’re the perfect accessories for digging in the dirt and racing cars.
Kai likes hats, but this pink Easter bonnet is his favorite by far. It’s a fun way to be like big sis while driving those monster trucks!
We discovered Ella’s baby dolls left out n the toy room the other day from a game of house the big kids played together. Kai bypassed his normal cars to play babies with me, give them some cuddles, and put them down for a nap.

Ahh, I can’t wait to see Ez with his big brother and sister. My kids have serious gender toy differences that I have never encouraged or supported but I do think it’s the large age difference.
This is so cute! It will be backwards in my house once my girly gets bigger. She has 2 older brothers to imitate:)
So cute! Just wants to be like the big kids 🙂
