MamaViews, a mom-focused, national directory and review site – like a Yelp or Angie’s List – aims to change this. MamaViews is dedicated to helping pregnant and new families find great support through one reliable resource.

Now parents have a place to research and find the help they need. Moms use the site to learn about all things related to Baby Nurses and Doulas including answers to common questions, expert tips, interviewing help and more. Reviews of services are left by moms based on their real-life experiences. Plus moms connect with each other as a community through the site and can reach out to each other with questions via the site’s messaging system.
MamaViews was founded by Melissa Lutzke who when pregnant with her daughter found the process of finding reliable, skilled support to be really inefficient. Before making any decision, whether it is what hotel to stay at or which stroller to buy people pour over online reviews. It seemed natural to Melissa that moms should have the same level of information before hiring a Baby Nurse or doula. So she launched MamaViews as a resource for new parents to help them feel more informed.
I am personally excited to join the MamaViews community and share this resource with my friends who are expecting or looking for postnatal support. It’s definitely a place I will turn to if/when our family needs these services again, especially as we explore our different support options.
