I’m excited to bring you a Baby Boba Wrap Review from Pish Posh Baby. Many families are looking for a simple, affordable, comfortable babywearing solution. The Boba wrap offers these features and more. At $37.99, it’s the perfect introductory carrier for beginning babywearers or comfortable wrap for more advanced babywearers.Pish Posh Baby sent me the wild flower wrap to try with my 5 month-old son. I used a wrap style carrier in the past, but loved the idea of trying the Boba Wrap in a bright color of fun pattern. The popular stardust print was out of stock, so I decided to go with the bold wild flower. I consider accessories such as carriers an accessory for my style, so I wasn’t worried about choosing a “boy” or “girl” pattern and, when I saw the gorgeous orange and pink flowers, I knew I’d made the right choice.
Wrap style carriers are often known for their perceived miles of fabric, but did you know that the Boba Wrap offers the following features?- Easy front and infant tying styles suit the way you move
- Machine washable for the easiest of cleans
- Hands-free adventuring in a variety of colors and patterns
- Soft, stretchy material for flexible comfort that lasts
- Simple and supportive from every angle
- Breastfeeding-ready any time and anywhere
A wrap is definitely my preferred carrier style for a baby during the newborn stage up until about 4 to 5 months. The wrap keeps baby snug and close, mimicking the experience in the womb. I love the secure feeling of a wrap and the ability to lean down and kiss the crown of baby’s head. Our wrap proved a life saver during the early fussy days and lulled baby to sleep during many shopping trips.
While the idea of wrapping intimidated me at first, I soon discovered the easy to follow Boba video and picture tutorials. After a few practice runs, I quickly learned the “love your baby” wrap and enjoyed simple solution without buckles, straps, or buttons to adjust. The Baby Boba Wrap evenly distributes the weight of baby from7 to 35 lbs and features comfortable fabric. As baby gets heavier, I find that the wrap isn’t ideal for long periods of time, but remains a great way to soothe baby.
These images from the Boba picture tutorial show the simple steps of wrapping – something I often do before leaving for the store or park. Then I can simply slip baby in the carrier when I reach my destination.
