I haven’t written in my baby diary in a long time! I’m almost 9 months, so I wanted to look back on the past month and share some thoughts.
Hey, Mom. I see the food you’re eating. It’s not the same as this stuff you’re giving me. Finger foods, please. Don’t worry. I’ll grab yours.
These people are always taking things out of my mouth. How else am I supposed to test it?
Kai, you’re a super cool older brother and friend, but could you get your feet out of my face? Oh, and your hands? Basically, my face is off limits.
What good is hair if it’s not for pulling?
My parents keep putting me in this crib thing. I guess it’s okay for naps, but mom and I belong together at bedtime. It’s okay, mom. I’ll wait for you.
Why crawl when they’ll carry you?
I see you, Mom. Don’t try to sneak past me. We belong together.
I rode next to my brother in a car cart with a steering wheel at the grocery store. I was king of the world. Then he got a free cookie and I didn’t. Don’t worry. I snagged a corner.
I just want to test my six teeth on your finger. Quit pulling it away.
My toes look so tasty. Have you tried yours?
Is my name “Baby” or “Sebastian”? And sometimes she calls me “Pumpkin.” I’m confused.
If you’re not splashing in the bathtub, you’re doing it wrong.
Oh yes, the mom/dad hugging/kissing jealousy thing. Lol. Horrible.
