As anyone who’s read some of my older posts knows, I decided to begin my cloth diapering adventure using the Diaper Daisy Diaper Trial. Sara, the terrific owner of this shop, includes a Fuzzibunz Mess Free In and Out Diaper Bag with each trial. When I first opened the package and saw this handy bag, I thought it would be convenient for the trial only. A recent survivor of mothering 2 children in disposable diapers, my experience told me that I needed a Diaper Champ, plus small garbage pails upstairs to frequently empty into the Diaper Champ. By garbage day, our can would nearly overflow with diapers. So, I looked at this mid-sized bag and thought there’d be no way it could make it until laundry day.
This bag is incredibly convenient and definitely cuts down on the yuck-factor. To insert in a diaper, you simply leave one handle hanging, pull back the second, and then drop your items inside. On laundry day, you grasp the bag by it’s handles, hold it over your washer, then unzip the bottom. All your soiled diapers simply drop right in! You can drop the bag in and wash it as well!
I like this bag so much, I’m seriously thinking I would simply purchase a second over a diaper pail when I find myself with a newborn and a toddler again. We’ll see – I’m excited to read the other Fluff Talk suggestions about diaper bags and pails to better understand my options. For now, though, I’ll stick with my Fuzzibunz In and Out Mess Free Diaper Bag!
I had no idea FuzziBunz made a hanging bag – I am so glad you posted this! I have a garbage can with a washable liner that i drop in with my diapers. So easy!
Thank you for coming by my blog! I love your blog design so much, cute colors!
Is this still your bag of choice? If not, what are you using>
