What if you could turn this:
Into this:
If I make regular muffins from scratch or a mix, my kids usually waste half of one, make a huge, crumbly mess. I’ve learned to take that exact same recipe or mix and create mini muffins – multiplying my 6 muffins to 24 and 12 muffins to 36 is one of my favorite Mom Hacks! My kids can unwrap these tiny treats with little mess, pop them into their mouths without creating crumbs, and feel like they’re getting away with eating a ton of muffins.
Here’s How:
No special mixes required for Mom Hacks! Just take a recipe for 6 regular muffins and fill a tin for 24 mini muffins. Set the timer and bake for about 3/4 of the time. I start with 10 minutes, check the muffins, then add 2 minutes until they’re done.

This is such a great idea, especially since I don’t eat a full muffin either most of the time because we have those huge muffin pans, now we just need to go out and get some mini muffin pans.
